Weight Lifting - 2008

 

Anyone who plans on playing 8th grade football this fall needs to be in the weight room in the off season. If you are not working out, you will be behind your competition. Time missed in the weight room can not be made up. Get your paperwork in and start lifting!!

Weight Training Begins January 14th!!

8th grade (rising 9th graders) Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:30 - 5:45

7th grade (rising 8th graders) Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:45.

Weight training is conducted by the high school staff.  You will need a current physical and will need to complete pages 2 and 4 of the Mill Creek HS consent form before you will be permitted to lift.  If you played at Mill Creek as a 12 yr old, we have your physical on file.  Click here for pgs 2 & 4 of the HS consent form.

 

Spring Practice for Incoming Freshmen

Spring practice for incoming freshmen will be April 17, 18, 21, 22 & 23 from 4:30 - 6:30. Health and PE summer school is strongly suggested for incoming Freshmen as it will allow them to participate in football weight lifting next fall.
